BlueCl0ud Automatically Downgrade or Upgrade Signed Firmware

BlueCl0ud Automatically Downgrade or Upgrade Signed Firmware

BlueCl0ud Automatically Downgrade or Upgrade when firmware is resigned this is a simple windows tool based on idevicerestore will make your update or downgrade very easy. try BlueCl0ud in windows just running the .bat file.

Automatically repeats restore attempts, hopefully until the firmware is signed. Should work on iOS 10, positively works on 9 and below. Not sure about the iPhone 7. Should the selected firmware be signed, the restore will repeat multiple times until it is no longer signed. This is okay, a failed restore caused by a firmware not being signed is not dangerous.

EDIT: Baseband Blobs are acquired after normal blobs. If you have an iPhone or cellular iPad and apple stops signing during your restore, it may fail. Please plan accordingly. iPhone 7 is also NOT supported unfortunately.

EDIT 2: If you wish to unplug your device after a restore, please make sure it is actually finished!
To Downgrade please run BlueCl0udErase.bat – ALL DATA WILL BE ERADICATED.

PLEASE DO NOTUSE THE UPGRADE TOOL AS UPGRADING TO AN OLDER FIRMWARE CAN RESULT IN MANY ISSUES

To Upgrade please run BlueCl0udSave.bat – User data SHOULD be retained.
To use, simply rename the ipsw you want to “Firmware.ipsw” and drag into the folder.
Then run  BlueCl0udSave.bat

How To Jailbreak iOS 10 using Mach Portal Yalu

Yalu Jailbreak iOS 10

Here’s a step by step guide on how to jailbreak iOS 10 and iOS 10.1.1 on supported devices using mach_portal + Yalu jailbreak and Cydia Impactor.

ioscyber.org

Before going ahead with this jailbreak released by Luca Todesco based on Ian Beer’s Project Zero exploit, it’s important to know the devices that are currently supported by the jailbreak, as well as the firmware versions that are compatible with it. It is also important to note that the jailbreak is beta and semi-untethered in nature, which means bugs are to be expected and you will have to put it back in jailbreak mode after every reboot.

With all that out of the way, here is what you need for jailbreaking iOS 10-10.1.1 on a supported iPhone or iPad device:

Supported devices and firmware:
iPhone 7/7 Plus running iOS 10.1 or iOS 10.1.1,
iPhone 6s/6s Plus running iOS 10.0.1-10.1.1 and
iPad Pro running iOS 10.0.1-10.1.1.

Yalu iOS jailbreak IPA file by Luca Todesco which you can download from here: Download Yalu iOS 10.1.1 Jailbreak For iPhone 7, 6s, iPad Pro.

Cydia Impactor, which can be downloaded from cydiaimpactor.com

A free or developer Apple ID. You can register for a free Apple ID from appleid.apple.com.
Latest version of iTunes.
A computer running either Windows or macOS.

Step 1: Connect supported iPhone or iPad to your computer using a Lightning/USB cable.

Step 2: Make a complete backup of your data using iTunes which you can return to in case anything goes wrong during or after jailbreak.

Step 3: Disable Passcode/Touch ID on your device from Settings > Touch ID & Passcode.

Step 4: Disable Find My iPhone on your device from Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone.

Step 5: Launch Cydia Impactor.

Step 6: Drag and drop the Yalu IPA file on Cydia Impactor.

Step 7: Enter your Apple ID when Cydia Impactor prompts for it.

Step 8: Now wait for Cydia Impactor to install the jailbreak app onto your device.

Step 9: Once installed, disconnect your device from computer and head to Settings >  General > Profile(s) & Device Management or General > Device Management and hit Trust and then Trust again on the certificate you used to install this jailbreak app.

Step 10: Now launch the “mach_portal” jailbreak app from the Home screen and wait 10 to 15 seconds for it to do its thing. It will basically show a white screen, and then close itself, after which Cydia will show up on the Home screen.

If Cydia doesn’t show up on the Home screen, reboot or hard reboot your device and it should be there.

That’s it! Your device is now jailbroken with Cydia installed.

Cydia on iOS 10.1.1

As mentioned earlier, since this is a semi-untethered jailbreak, it means you will have to put your device in jailbreak mode after every reboot. To do this, follow the instructions here: Re-Jailbreak Mach_Portal On iOS 10 / 10.1.1 After Reboot, Here’s How.

If you used free Apple ID to install this, your jailbreak will expire after seven days, after which you will have to re-jailbreak it again from Step 5 onwards. No data, settings or tweaks will be lost during the re-jailbreak process. Those with full developer IDs though can run it without re-jailbreaking for up to a year.

Yalu Jailbreak iOS 10 and iOS 10.1.1

Yalu Jailbreak for iOS 10 – iOS 10.1.1 from Luca Todesco

When we first reported the Yalu jailbreak for iOS 10 – iOS 10.1.1 from Luca Todesco, we mentioned that this was a beta version. With that comes all the bugs and risks typically seen on a beta version of any piece of software. However, a lot of jailbreak fans went ahead and downloaded the IPA file anyway, and now they’re facing a range of issues.

In case you aren’t one of them or have managed to reverse the jailbreak, please read this article to find out more about the prerequisites for this iOS 10 – iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak from Todesco. After that, we’ve shown the steps required to do the jailbreak.

First of all, here are the lists of compatible devices and iOS versions:

iPhone 6s / iPhone 6S Plus / iPad Pro / iPhone 7 / iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 10.0.1, iOS 10.0.2, iOS 10.0.3, iOS 10.1 or iOS 10.1.1. This jailbreak will not work for any other device, nor one that runs any other iOS version.

Second, you must be a registered Apple Developer and have Xcode installed on your Mac.

Third, your computer must be running the latest version of iTunes, which is currently iTunes 12.5.4 for macOS. If you don’t, please update to that version before proceeding.

Fourth, you will need to backup your device data using iTunes or iCloud.

Fifth, you need to disable TouchID, Passcode and Find My Phone. You can re-activate these after the jailbreak.

Finally, you need to download the Yalu Jailbreak IPA file to your computer. You also need the Cydia Impactor app. Here’s the page for download links; make sure you choose the appropriate operating system.

Once these six steps are complete, you may begin the jailbreak. Here’s how…

How to Do the Yalu iOS 10.1 – iOS 10.1.1 Jailbreak

Step 1: Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.

Step 2: Open the Cydia Impactor application and drag-and-drop the IPA file.

Step 3: Enter your Apple ID and password when Cydia Impactor asks you for it

Step 4: Cydia Impactor should now begin signing the Yalu IPA. Once done, you should be able to see the Mach Portal icon on your device.

Step 5: Next, go to Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management and trust the app by clicking on it.

Step 6: Now go back to your home screen, find the Yalu/Mach_Portal icon and click on it. Then wait for the jailbreak to install Cydia. Your device will automatically reboot, after which you should be able to see the Cydia app alongside the Yalu jailbreak icon.

http://www.ioscyber.org/2016/12/yalu-jailbreak-ios-10.1.1.html

NOTE: This is a semi-untethered jailbreak, so you will need to jailbreak the device every time you reboot. However, you won’t need to tether it to your computer each time…simply click on the mach_portal icon to jailbreak it after the first time.

Also, Cydia will be fully functional but not stable, and MobileSubstrate doesn’t work. You need to know how to gain access to iOS system root to place any other component. A stable version of this iOS 10 – iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak is expected to be released soon.
