iOS 10 Jailbreak Installer for PC and Mac :

The big question is, can we jailbreak iOS 10 ? Obviously, at this stage in the jailbreak scene, no there isn’t and there is now a huge black cloud hovering over the future of jailbreaking. Last year, when Apple released El Capitan, the latest Mac software, it was noted that a new security feature was included. Called System Integrity Protection (SIP), or “Rootless”, it was designed to stop even those with admin privileges access to certain files and data in the firmware and a similar system has just been introduced with iOS 10. At this stage, we can’t be certain how this is going to affect the iOS 10 jailbreak but, as the beta versions continue to flow, we will, of course, keep you updated; we have no doubt that if there is a way in, Pangu will find it.

What else is in iOS 10?
Obviously, we are still examining the first beta to get the true merit of the latest iOS firmware but there are several iOS 10 features worthy of a mention:

• Home App – a brand new app to integrate the HomeKit features allowing you to control all of your smart home appliances from the comfort of your iPhone or iPad.
• iCloud Voicemail – This is a Siri-based feature that lets the voice assistant on iOS 10 take your phone calls for you and then transcribe the voicemail message into text.
• Find my Friends – This has been updated to make it easier to use on iOS 10 and comes after a patent was filed by the Cupertino company to develop something that helps tell you where your friends are, if they are available and what the status of their iPhone is.
• Customization – Apple is introducing new capabilities for customizing the Control Center on iOS 10 in a bid to try and give users a higher level of customization. Obviously, they are not going to relinquish too much control but the iOS 10 jailbreak will take care of that.

iOS 10 Support :
As usual, the oldest devices will drop off the end in terms of support. This year, it’s the turn of the iPhone 4 and the iPad 2, neither of which has the hardware capabilities nor the memory or space to run the latest operating system which mean they will also miss out on the iOS 10 jailbreak.

Where Is My Car

If you’ve ever parked your car before an evening out and then forgotten where your car is parked, then you know how infuriating such an experience can be. Never put up with that again with this jailbreak tweak, which automatically logs where you left your car. Google Now is capable of doing something very similar, and it’s a lifesaver.
The app can be had from the BigBoss repo for $1.99.

Call Recorder

The name of this tweak really does give it away, with CallRecorder doing just what you would expect of it by recording calls directly to MP3 files for playback later. There really isn’t a lot more to say than that.
A trial of the tweak can be downloaded for free from the ModMyi repo. It records the first 10 seconds of each call.

Message Groups

Allowing conversations within the stock Messages apps to be organized into groups and offering support for locking those groups with Touch ID, Message Groups may not be all that exciting to most, but if you find its enhanced features tick some boxes, this could be worth a look.
The tweak can be downloaded for free from the BigBoss repository, but you will need to purchase activation for proper use.

Personal Assistant

As we’ve mentioned already this week, PersonalAssistant is in reality a few tweaks in one. Set to show as much information as possible on the lock screen or certain other areas in ways that iOS simply cannot achieve as standard, PersonalAssistant has great potential going forward.
The tweak costs $4.99 and is available over at BigBoss.

Remember those game controllers that had a switch that you could flick to enable constant, super-quick button presses? RapidfireTap is that, but for iOS. Everything old is new again, apparently!
